We provide detailed size charts on each product page. To ensure a perfect fit for helmets, measure the circumference of your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows. For jerseys and shorts, we recommend following our fit guides as some items are designed for a 'Race Fit' while others are 'Relaxed'.

What is the return policy for Troy Lee Designs products?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets must be returned in their original protective bag and box with no signs of use or mounting.

Do you offer a crash replacement program for helmets?

Yes, we care about your safety. Troy Lee Designs offers a crash replacement program that provides a discount on a replacement helmet if yours is damaged in a crash within the first year of ownership. Please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and photos of the damaged gear.

How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We do offer international shipping to select countries; delivery times and shipping rates vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.

How should I wash and maintain my technical riding gear?

To preserve the technical fabrics and graphics, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle. Always air dry your gear; avoid using a dryer as high heat can damage the elasticity of the fabrics and the integrity of the protective pads.
